March 21, 2022 – University of Utah Health, provider of care to patients in Utah and the broader Mountain West region and home to the only academic medical center in the state of Utah, recently implemented the EyeArt® artificial intelligence (AI) system for autonomous diabetic retinopathy testing in the Utah Diabetes and Endocrinology Clinic (UDEC). University of Utah Health introduced the EyeArt AI system to improve the quality of care for patients with diabetes by offering routine eye testing during their regular office visits.
